PAYMENTS

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Additional work outside the originally agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

PROJECT TIMELINES

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe provided to the client. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions, third-party services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any estimated completion date should therefore be considered an estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

REVISIONS

The number and scope of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed service package or project proposal. Requests that significantly change the original scope, design direction, functionality, or deliverables may be considered additional work and may require additional fees.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving project materials, content, designs, and deliverables.

The client must ensure that any text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, or other materials provided to Kroma Digitals are owned by the client or that the client has permission to use them.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, ownership rights to final custom deliverables will be transferred to the client as agreed for the specific project.

Kroma Digitals retains ownership of its internal processes, methods, reusable code, tools, templates, concepts, and other pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, stock media, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

PORTFOLIO USE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kroma Digitals may display completed project work in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or other promotional materials to demonstrate our services and experience. Clients may request that confidential or sensitive projects not be publicly displayed.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some projects may involve third-party platforms or services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, payment gateways, APIs, advertising platforms, or other software providers.

Kroma Digitals is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

SEO & MARKETING RESULTS

SEO, advertising, social media, and other digital marketing services are affected by many factors outside our control.

While we work to improve performance using appropriate strategies, Kroma Digitals does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, or other business results.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the project stage, work already completed, expenses incurred, and the payment terms agreed for the project.

Payments for completed work, delivered services, third-party costs, or work already performed may be non-refundable.

Where a separate Refund or Cancellation Policy applies, that policy should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kroma Digitals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
